MANAGING THE GOVERNMENT CHANGES TO GCSE ENTRIES     (View Document) >>>

Dear Parent/ Carer,
I attach the pdf document for students which explains how the school will manage the Government changes to GCSE entries that were anounced in the Sunday papers. I still await a communication from the Department for Education which explains their thinking on this matter.

The essential issue is that we will continue to support students through our own preparations for the final examinations. We will be expecting students to sit more than one mock examination over the year as this will enhance their preparation opportunities. Best regards, Steve Britton
